Since 2004, PRD Charities, Inc. has held an annual breast cancer event during the last weekend in October in Anchorage, entitled Pink Ribbon Days. The event is located at established retail stores that host a two-day event featuring a silent auction, complimentary food, hourly door prizes, educational booths, and classes/demonstrations. 100% of the funds raised from the silent auction are donated to Alaska breast cancer organizations. PRD is an all-volunteer based, non profit organization based in Anchorage, Alaska.
