PRD Charities, Inc. (“Pink Ribbon Days” Charities) is an all-volunteer based, nonprofit 501(c)3 organization dedicated to providing funds in Alaska for breast cancer research, education, advocacy and chemo patient relief. Since 2004, PRD has funded “Pink Ribbon Days”, an annual breast cancer event, held in Anchorage, Alaska, during the last Friday and Saturday of October. October is National Breast Cancer Awareness month.

PRD Charities, Inc. has raised over $50,000 during the past three years through grants, sponsorships, and auctions. Each year, 100% of the auction funds raised during "Pink Ribbon Days" are given to existing Breast Cancer organizations in Alaska. In addition, approximately to $10,000 worth of Breast Cancer “chemo comfort bags” are distributed annually through Oncology offices located in Alaska.

Debbie (Debenham) Williams, a breast cancer survivor and lifelong Alaskan, and Maret Andersen, owner of Seams Like Home Quilt Shoppe in Anchorage, co-partnered in 2004 to start the annual event "Pink Ribbon Days." PRD Charities Inc. was established in an effort to increase awareness, funds, and relief for Breast Cancer patients in Alaska.
